Each month, embark on a total immersion experience in the village of Agban, located in the commune of Attoban, to discover the local community and its cuisine. Under the guidance of Christiane from the Train & Travel Association and two village mothers, you'll be introduced to the secrets and techniques of Ebrié vegetarian culinary specialties. On the program: a visit to the Agban market, an exploration of Atchan culture and the history of the Ebrié people, a traditional Atchan cooking class revisited in a vegetarian version, an introduction to the songs and customs of the village and a tasting of a delicious vegetarian meal.
