The Institut Pasteur's reptile museum has been in existence since 1972, and will enable you to discover the most feared snakes of Côte d'Ivoire. You'll be welcomed by Mr. Akaffou, a passionate specialist who will introduce you to his collection of venomous and non-venomous snakes. You'll learn how to react in the event of a bite, and discover the ecological role of snakes and the medical value of their venom. Children can even touch harmless species such as the Royal Python or the Seba Python. This fun and informative museum is ideal for the whole family.
