Having become the symbol of ancient Egypt, the Giza plateau brings together a set of three large pyramids: the Pyramid of Cheops, of Kephren, his son, and, that of Mykerinos, his grandson, as well as smaller pyramids, called Pyramid of the Queens.

Built under the ancient empire, over 4,500 years ago, they are the largest pyramids in Egypt. Over 140 meters high, the pyramid of Cheops fascinates, amazes, and always arouses debate about its construction which continues to divide the scientific community.
