The island of Ngor is one of the unmissable places in Dakar. Certainly less known than the island of Gorée, it exudes an atmosphere of tranquility and easy living that is entirely its own. To get there, there is only one way (apart from swimming!): the canoe. The trip costs between 1000 and 3000 francs round trip depending on the standard of the boat.
