The Museum of Moroccan Culinary Arts, housed in a 19th-century riad in Marrakech's Medina, covers 5,000 m² and offers an interactive immersion in traditional Moroccan cuisine. The museum features exhibitions on emblematic dishes, spices and typical kitchen tools. Visitors can enjoy culinary demonstrations by Dadas, as well as cooking classes by prior arrangement in a modern, fully-equipped kitchen. Two indoor patios, a special area for handling herbs and explanatory videos enhance the experience. A restaurant on the terrace and a store selling local products complete this unique experience. The museum is open daily from 9am to 6pm, with special times during Ramadan. For the best possible experience, we recommend visiting early in your stay and opting for the tasting package.
