Botswana is a landlocked country in southern Africa. Gaborone, its capital, is known for its hunting reserves and its Mokolodi nature reserve, which is home to rhinos and many other animals.

It has two main natural assets, the Kalahari Desert and the Okavango Delta, which at each flood period becomes a lush habitat highly prized by animals.

Botswana is one of the best safari destinations, with huge national parks and reserves such as the Central Kalahari Game Reserve where you will find many animals including dogs, giraffes, cheetahs and hyenas.
