Mali is a landlocked country in West Africa, with an area of 1,240,192 km² it is considered the 23rd largest country in the world and the 8th largest in Africa. Bamako its capital is the most populated city in the country and is crossed by the Niger River.

South of the capital you will find the village of Siby which is located near the Mandingo Mountains which offers you a unique peasant.

It also has exceptional national parks such as the Boucle du Baoulé National Park, which covers an area of 25330 km² inhabited, giraffes, elephants, leopards and lions. You will also find prehistoric tombs in this park.

Mali is famous for the fabulous mosque of the city of Djenné, this Mosque is considered as the largest Sudano-Sahelian architectural achievement. In addition to being one of the most important sites in Africa, the Great Mosque of Djenné has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1988.
