This spacious garden is dotted with paillotes, where the fusion of Côte d'Ivoire and Brazil comes to life through the culinary carnival of the churrascaria. It's a veritable celebration of flavors, with an abundance of various meats, imported and local (beef, chicken, sausages...), served cowboy-style and all-you-can-eat. These meats are presented on large skewers that circulate from table to table, accompanied by greens and a variety of vegetables from the in-house organic vegetable garden. Cyprien Kablan, artist-painter and owner of this gourmet place in gold and green, wishes to promote a form of cultural gastronomy that highlights the shared love of Africa and South America for quality meats, while valorizing local production.
