DÉSERT DE LOMPOUL
Duration 2 days, 1 night.
DAY 1: DAKAR - LAC ROSE - LOMPOUL (About 168km/03h of dakar)
Departure from Dakar in the morning to reach Lac Rose. Tour of the Lake and meeting with salt collectors.
Picnic lunch by the lake and then drive to the Lompoul desert. Arrival in the village of Loumpoul, transfer by 4×4 across the dunes to reach the camp. After a warm welcome, you can enjoy the wonderful spectacle of the sunset.
Dinner and evening under the stars... sometimes shooting! Overnight in Mauritanian tents at the desert camp.
DAY 2: LOMPOUL - DAKAR (About 180km/03h30)-
Breakfast at your own pace. Morning camel ride or walk on the dunes.
You will enjoy the calm and serenity of the place before returning to Dakar.
