Today we travel to the exotic Sweetwaters Tented Camp in the secluded heart of Ol Pejeta Ranch and Rhino Reserve arriving in time for lunch at Maiyan lodge. Today we get a closer look at the conservancy during two extensive game runs. After breakfast, we drive through the Great Rift Valley to Lake Nakuru National Park arriving in time for lunch. On our way, we will stop at one of the highest towns in Kenya, Nyahururu at an elevation of 7700 foot to see the Thomson Falls water which is the 236 foot. After lunch at our lodge, an afternoon Game Drive is planned where one could see the White and Black Rhino, Rothschild Giraffe and it is almost a guarantee to see the elusive leopard here. After breakfast, we drive to Masai Mara National Park arriving in time for lunch Mara Keekorok lodge. This enormous Reserve actually part of the vast Serengeti plains is famously known for its spectacular great wildebeest migration and is home to the big Five -Lion, Elephant, Rhino, Cape Buffalo and Leopard. Game drive will be conducted after lunch, then proceed to the lodge for an enjoyable dinner meal plan breakfast, lunch and dinner
We spend the day in the Maasai Mara – one of the greatest wildernesses of the world on morning and afternoon game drives. Large mammals are varied, abundant and easy to see. Residents among the Park’s Mammals are; Maasai Giraffe, Eland, Topi and thousands of plain Game including Impala and Zebras.
After breakfast, the search for great predators and perhaps even cubs continues today during extensive game drive. On the plains are enormous herds of grazing animals plus the elusive cheetah and leopard hiding amidst acacia boughs.
