After breakfast, get your equipment ready for our first safari in the Ngorongoro Crater arriving in time for lunch at Ngorongoro Serena Safari Lodge. Ngorongoro Crater is the world’s largest inactive, intact volcanic caldera and home to around 25,000 large animals. After lunch, we head to our photographic safari in this great park. Zoom in on bird life from marabou storks to rainbow-hued lovebirds; and test your wildlife photography skills on elephants, rhinos, cheetahs, and more.
After breakfast, return to the crater floor for a sunrise breakfast and photo safari coming back to the lodge at lunch time. Take the afternoon to relax and look over your images.

After breakfast, travel through the Ngorongoro Highlands for a very special opportunity to visit the Maasai community. After lunch, continue with our safari to our lodge in the Southern Serengeti, looking out for lions, cheetahs, and leopards along the way.
