Kizimkazi dolphin tours

This tour takes you along the south coast of the island of Zanzibar.

On arrival at the kizimkazi village, you choose your snorkeling gear and board a boat that will take you in search of the exclusive dolphins. As these are wild animals and are neither trained nor baited, you have an 80% chance of seeing them. If they stay in the area around the boats, which they often do, you might even swim among them. Types of dolphin common to Zanzibar waters are bottle-nosed dolphins, spinner dolphins and the very rare hump-backed dolphin.

This is a private tour, so you can schedule whatever you like, although we suggest leaving earlier, as the trip takes 2 hours and the dolphins are more likely to be closer to the surface early in the morning. The tour should take around 6 hours.
